Our technical support is available in English and French, by email at or by phone from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM (UTC+1/GMT+1, PARIS).

You can also create support ticket from your interface in Main > About... > Support (see bellow).

Situations concerning a blocking problem are a priority and will be subjected to an update within 24 hours.

Basic knowledge can also make it possible to resolve an issue by refering to the Frequently Asked Questions section.
